Returns & Replacements

All sales are final. Due to the food-associated nature of these items, and the sanitary concerns therein, Salty Sweet Alchemy cannot accept returns or offer refunds/exchanges once your order leaves the warehouse. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please let us know as soon as possible so we can correct our mistake and send the correct items/replacements.

Non-Food Items

To start a return, you can contact us at saltysweetalchemy@gmail.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
