Shipping policy

We offer USPS First-Class Mail (1–5-day delivery) and Priority Mail (1–3-day delivery). All orders that qualify for Free Shipping ($100+) ship via USPS Priority Mail.

Important note: If your USPS tracking shows ‘label created, not yet in the system’—this doesn’t mean the packaging is not on its way. Once fulfilled, your package may go several days without a scan from USPS, which is normal. Since our carriers are moving at an extremely fast pace (particularly during high volume times), your order is moving towards you as fast as they are able. This means sometimes scans are skipped to speed things up, so don't panic if you see this status!

SHIPPING COSTS
We offer free shipping for orders over $100 within the US including Alaska and Hawaii, and the offer does not apply to US territories. Orders under $100 will be based on USPS rates.

SHIPPING METHODS
Domestic packages ship via USPS. International packages ship via FedEx.

International Shipping Costs

Your shipment costs are paid during checkout, but any additional taxes, duties, or other fees are not included and are the responsibility of the receiving customer. Please check your local customs office for more information before ordering so that this can be taken into consideration.
