Our Sweet Cinnamon Heat Blend is spicy, and ready to accompany your favorite food - if you dare. Our hand-blended, flavored sugar is made with aromatic Vietnamese cinnamon (also called Saigon cinnamon), habanero chili, ivory-colored organic cane sugar crystals, turbinado sugar, and sea salt. Vietnamese cinnamon is sweet, aromatic, and potent. It is the strongest of all cinnamon as it has the highest essential oil content, making it a great partner to super spicy chili. Hot and intensely flavored.
